Return Policy wishes you to be not only satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this   is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment, except for engraved or any customized jewelry, which cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    • Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds will only be granted when returned items are in our possession.
    • Refunds may take up to 2 -3 business days to be processed after we receive them.
    • All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • All items sent to us that are not eligible for refunds will be sent back.
    • Any items or orders that have minor adjustments and/or alterations will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 
    • During the Holidays, our return policy is extended to 60 Days for orders placed between November 15 - December 14.  

How to return an order:

To start with the return process, log into your account HERE, click 'Completed Orders' on the right and then click the Return Items' button. You will be asked to submit a return request. After your request gets approved please send your item(s) to the following address:

When sending your items back please follow the following instructions below:

 1. Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery.

Inside the package please include the following: 

  • Full Name
  • Order Number 
  • All original packaging sent to you by Factory Direct Jewelry
  • Small Note that says refund

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

2. When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* If you are unable to print a label, we can send you a prepaid label for a small charge that will be deducted from your refund. To request a prepaid label please contact us here.
