You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless Factory Direct Jewelry is at fault for sending you an incorrect or defective item.

All items sent to us that are not eligible for exchange will be sent back.

Any items sent back with minor adjustments and/or alterations will be void from an exchange and sent back.
To send your item(s) back for an exchange please follow the following instructions below:
1. Package all your items securely so it's in a one unified package ready for delivery.
Inside the package please include the following:

All original packaging sent to you by Factory Direct Jewelry

Small note that says exchange along with the sku number or name of the item you want to exchange your item(s) with.
If the item you want to exchange with has a greater monetary value,we will email you once we have your item in our possession so you can give us a call and we can charge you the difference over the phone.
If the item you want to exchange with has less monetary value,we will refund you the difference and process the exchange.
2. When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item(s) gets lost in transit we cannot be held accountable.
