Q:  Is your gold jewelry genuine gold?
A:  All of our gold jewelry is genuine gold with most items giving you a choice of either 10K or 14K gold.
 
Q:  What is the difference between 10K and 14K gold?
A:  14K gold has more gold content. The more gold content, the softer the metal.  Thus 10K gold is more durable than 14K. It is difficult
     to tell the two apart unless you look at the 10K or 14K stamp inside the rim of the ring.
 
Q:  Is your silver jewelry genuine sterling silver?
A:  Yes, all of our silver jewelry is genuine sterling silver.
 
Q:  What time zone are you located in?
A:  PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) - Our State-of-the-Art factory is located in downtown Los Angeles,    
     California in the heart of the jewelry district.
 
Q:  Are payment transactions secure?
A:  Yes, very much so.  We use Authorize.Net as our payment processor, which provides the highest  
     level of security, safequarding customer information, never retaining sensitive information on our servers.
 
Q:  What payment methods do you accept?
A:  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Google Checkout and        
     PayPal.  
 
Q:  Do you also accept checks and money orders?
A:  Yes, Cashiers checks & Money Orders only. (contact us for payment arrangements).
 
Q:  What is the shipping method for Free Shipping?
A:  USPS (United States Postal Service) within the USA taking anywhere from 3 to 7 business days.
 
Q:  What if I want to receive my purchase sooner?
A:  You can opt to pay for overnight or 2-day delivery.
 
Q:  Do you deliver internationally?
A:  Yes
 
Q:  How much does it cost to ship internationally and how long does it take for delivery?
A:  $20.00.  It takes anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.
 
Q:  Are customized pieces eligible for returns?
A:  No. Any altered or customized pieces are not eligible for a refund.

A:  Upon receipt of the return,  we immedi refund the purchase price of the returned item(s).

A:  Not at the moment but we are working on one
 
Q:  Do you have a first time buyer discount code?
A:  We don't give discounts for first-time purchases. However, if you would like to be considered for a discount code, all you need to do 
     is make a one-time purchase.  Now and then, we send discount codes to all who have previously purchased from us, which is quite
     the deal, being the prices are substantially discounted already.
