How can we help?
Answers on orders, shipping, returns, warranty, and the jewelry itself. Pick a topic to jump to it.
Orders and account
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent the moment you checked out. If you cannot find it, check your spam and promotions folders, since order emails often land there. Still missing? Contact us with the email address you ordered with and we will look it up.
Your tracking number arrives in a second email once your order leaves our facility, separate from your order confirmation. It also appears in your account under Orders. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
Yes. Log in, open Orders, and select the order to see its current status and tracking. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping email instead.
Click the account icon at the top of any page and choose Register. You will need your name, email, and a password. An account lets you track orders, save a wish list, and start returns more quickly.
On the login screen, click Forgot your password and enter your email. We will send a reset link. To change a password you already know, log in, open your account settings, and update it there.
Log in, open your account settings, and edit your saved addresses. Note that updating your account address does not change the shipping address on an order already placed. For that, see changes and cancellation below.
Your wish list lives in your account. Log in and open Wish List to see everything you have saved. You can add items from any product page using the heart icon.
Changes and cancellation
Needs confirmation before publish
These two answers depend on the fulfillment cutoff window, which needs confirming. Draft answers are below and should be verified against how quickly orders actually lock.
Reach out as soon as you can. If your order has not been packed yet, we can usually cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, it cannot be canceled and would need to go through the return portal instead. [Confirm cancellation cutoff window.]
Contact us quickly with your order number and what you would like to change. Size swaps, address corrections, and item changes are usually possible before the order is packed. Once it ships, the order is locked. [Confirm change cutoff window.]
Shipping and delivery
Most orders leave our Los Angeles facility within 1 to 2 business days. US standard shipping is free on orders of $99 and over, otherwise $5, and takes 6 to 8 business days. Expedited is $24.99 and takes 4 business days. Canada and international run $19.99 standard or $39.99 expedited, with longer delivery windows. Full details are on our shipping page.
The United States, all US territories, Canada, and more than 60 countries across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and Africa. If you do not see yours at checkout, contact us before ordering and we will check whether we can route it.
USPS and FedEx. The carrier is chosen at fulfillment based on your address and the shipping speed you selected.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are not included in what you pay us. Your carrier collects them, usually at delivery. The amount depends entirely on your country's rules, so check your local import thresholds if the total matters to your decision.
Returns and exchanges
Start any return or exchange here. Look up your order, choose what you are sending back, and print your label.
Start a return or exchangeThirty days from the day your order is delivered. Pieces need to be unworn and in original condition. Engraved and custom items cannot be returned, since they are made specifically for you.
Start in the return portal using the button above. You will need your order number and the email you ordered with. The portal issues your label and instructions, so there is nothing to arrange by phone or email first.
You cover return shipping on a standard return or exchange. If we are at fault, meaning the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the label in both directions.
Exchanges follow the same 30 day window and the same portal. Choose exchange instead of refund and pick what you want in its place. Size exchanges are straightforward. If there is a price difference, we will sort it out with you before the replacement ships.
In the return portal, select the piece, choose exchange, and pick the size or item you want instead. We handle the rest from there.
No. Pieces sent back outside the 30 day window do not qualify, and we will ship them back to you at no charge.
Anything altered outside our factory carries a 20% restocking fee and is not eligible for exchange. If the fit is wrong, start a size exchange in the portal rather than taking it to an outside jeweler.
Refunds
We process refunds 2 to 3 business days after your returned piece reaches us. From there, your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit posts to your statement, usually a few business days.
Yes. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used on the order.
Refunds return to the original payment method rather than a different card. If that card is closed, contact us and we will work through the options with you.
Yes. Choose store credit in the return portal and we will issue it once your piece reaches us. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
Yes. We email you the moment the refund is processed on our end. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Warranty and repairs
File a claim in the portal with photos of the problem. Same place you would start a return.
File a warranty claimYes. Every piece carries a one year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects, including one free repair or rebuild. Everything is inspected before it ships, but if something goes wrong, we will make it right.
The day your order is delivered, not the day you placed it. Your tracking confirmation shows the delivery date.
A fault in how the piece was made, rather than damage from wear or an accident. Clasps that fail on their own, solder joints that separate, stones that come loose from their setting, and chain links that open under normal wear all qualify. Ordinary wear, accidental damage, and work done by another jeweler do not.
File a claim in the portal with clear photos and our team will review it. If it is a manufacturing defect within the first year, your repair or rebuild is free, including shipping both ways. We will confirm eligibility before anything ships.
Yes. Our team diagnoses the issue from your images and decides on repair or replacement before anything ships. Without photos we cannot process the claim, so clear pictures of the problem are the step that gets your piece fixed fastest.
Damaged or wrong item
This is on us, not you. Send our team a photo of the problem along with your order number. Once we confirm it, we cover the return label and send a replacement. You will not pay for shipping in either direction. Photograph the piece before you repack it, since a clear picture is all we need to approve the replacement.
Jewelry help
Yes. Everything is solid gold or solid sterling silver all the way through. We do not make plated or gold-filled pieces. The metal at the surface is the same metal at the core, which is why our jewelry holds up to daily wear.
Every piece is stamped, as US law requires. A 14K stamp means 14 karat solid gold, 10K means 10 karat solid gold, and 925 means sterling silver. Check the stamp against what you ordered.
K stands for karat, the measure of gold purity. Pure gold is 24 karat, and the number tells you how many of those 24 parts are gold. 10k is 10 parts gold and 14 parts other metals. 14k is 14 parts gold and 10 parts other metals. So 14k carries more gold than 10k. Pure gold is too soft for jewelry on its own, which is why it is alloyed for strength.
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining 7.5% copper or other metals for strength. Pure silver is too soft for jewelry, so it is alloyed the same way gold is. The 925 stamp marks it as genuine sterling.
Our pieces are nickel free with one exception. White gold contains a small amount of nickel, which is part of what gives it its color. If you have a nickel sensitivity, yellow gold, rose gold, and sterling silver are safe choices.
Our standard catalog is 10k and 14k solid gold and 925 sterling silver. For 18k or platinum, contact us to ask about a custom order, since availability depends on the piece.
Yes. Solid gold and sterling silver are made to be worn every day. Solid gold does not turn green or react to your skin. Sterling silver can darken over time with air and moisture, which a quick polish with a silver cloth reverses.
Yes. Because we make everything in our own factory, we can repair or resize what we made. If it is a manufacturing defect inside the first year, it is covered free. Otherwise we will quote you before doing the work. Do not use an outside jeweler, since that voids the warranty on the piece.
Our size guide walks through measuring rings, bracelets, and chains at home with just a string and a ruler, and includes full conversion charts. You can find it linked in the site footer under Size Guide.
