Return policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. Everything starts in our return portal, which walks you through the whole thing in a few minutes.
Get started
Start a return or exchange
Every return and exchange runs through our return portal. You will need your order number and the email address you ordered with. The portal walks you through the label and tracks the return from there, so there is nothing to arrange over email or phone.
Return portal
Look up your order, choose what you are sending back, and print your label. Most people are done in under five minutes.
Have your order number and email address ready.
Once your package is on its way back, you can follow its progress in the portal. We will email you when it arrives and again when the refund is issued.
Eligibility
What can be returned
Most pieces in our catalog are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Anything made specifically for you is the exception, since it cannot be resold.
Returnable
- Unworn pieces in original condition
- Items still in the packaging we shipped
- Orders delivered within the last 30 days
Not returnable
- Engraved pieces
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Orders past the 30 day window
Before you resize or alter
Any piece sent back after adjustments or alterations carries a 20% restocking fee. If you are unsure about fit, start a size exchange in the portal instead of taking it to an outside jeweler.
Refunds
How refunds work
Once your package reaches our facility, we inspect the piece and process the refund. The timeline below covers what happens on our end.
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Processing time | 2 to 3 business days after we receive your package |
| Refund method | Credited back to your original payment method |
| Return shipping | Paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong |
| Original shipping | Not refunded |
| Restocking fee | 20% on items sent back with adjustments or alterations |
| Ineligible items | Shipped back to you at no charge |
Refunds are issued once the returned piece is back in our possession. After we process it, your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit shows up on your statement, which is usually a few business days.
Exchanges
Trading for a different size or piece
Exchanges follow the same 30 day window as returns and run through the same portal. Choose exchange instead of refund, pick what you want in its place, and we will handle the rest. If there is a price difference, we will sort that out with you before the replacement ships.
Damaged orders
If your piece arrives damaged
This is on us, not you. Send our team a photo of the damage along with your order number. Once we confirm it, we cover the return label and send a replacement. You will not pay for shipping in either direction.
Worth knowing
Photograph the piece before you repack it. A clear picture of the damage is all we need to approve the replacement, and it saves a round of back and forth.
