2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include all original order paperwork and materials sent to you by FactoryDirectjewelry.com.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Make sure your shipment is insured for its full value and can be tracked with a tracking number. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at FactoryDirectJewelry.com for quick and easy refunding.
