How to return an order:
1. To process the return, log into your account from https://www.factorydirectjewelry.com/login.php?from=account.php, click 'Completed Orders' on the right and then click the 'Return Items' button.
2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by FactoryDirectjewelry.com.Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Make sure your shipment is insured for its full value and can be tracked with a tracking number. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at FactoryDirectJewelry.com for quick and easy refunding.
