FactoryDirectJewelry.com wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from us, but we understand that sometimes this may not be the case. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt, except for engraved or any customized jewelry, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will only be granted when returned items are in our possession.
- Refunds may take up to 2 -3 business days to be processed after we receive them.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- All items sent to us that are not eligible for refunds will be sent back.
- Any item sent back with minor adjustments and/or alterations will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
To send your item(s) back for a refund please make sure you are within the 30 day return period first. If you are within the 30 day period please follow the following instructions below:
1. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.

3. When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item gets lost in transit we cannot be accountable for that.
